In addition, the articles identified additional considerations with cash not being a motivator and certain groups looking for the work-life balance amongst many other goals/objectives in their workplace.

For this assignment, consider your objectives and goals for a workplace and design a compensation scheme that will consider both financial and non-financial components - both intrinsic and extrinsic rewards. Further, consider the work-life balance that you are looking for and include those thoughts (benefits) you are looking for in your future workplace.
