Maya became the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom last year when her party won the general elections with a majority of 25 seats. One of the promises included in her election manifesto was to provide massive improvement of healthcare facilities. She now decides that this can only be a reality provided higher taxes are imposed on all citizens equally. She discusses this with her Cabinet, who all except for MP Robert agrees with the scheme.

To start with the scheme, Maya targeted the healthcare facilities provided to prisoners.

To execute this scheme efficiently, prison officers are required to conduct searches in each cell; the reason being to prevent any misappropriation of unprescribed medicines.

George is a prisoner serving his sentence at Axfield Prison. He expressed his concerns over these searches as he believes the prison officers may confiscate his legal correspondences with his lawyer.

As opposed to George's concerns, his cellmate Zack was excited about the scheme. He approached one of the medical officers and claimed that he is entitled to facilities to enable him and his wife to have a child through the use of artificial insemination.

Another duty imposed under the scheme on the prison officers is to tap every phone call made from the prison. This is to monitor and record every piece of information shared by the prisoners about the scheme.

MP Robert was approached by George's wife. She highlighted the issues faced by her husband in Axfield Prison. MP Robert is now planning to use this piece of information against the Prime Minister, Maya so that she is pressured to abort the scheme.
