Construction projects provide the builder with a set of professional and ethical obligations that they must fulfill with the goal of protecting the interests of the projects client and the interests of the surrounding general public. Naturally the builder will take safety precautions, but they only minimize the chance/severity of a risk event being realized and cannot be said to eliminate the risk entirely. As such, explain what these obligations are and what the builder must do to fulfill them. Additionally, research whether or not the builder/prime contractor can require the projects subcontractors to take similar actions.
