Consumer Behavior

George is a student at Deakin University. One day he finds out that his friends have gone to lunch without him (George wasn't invited despite being on campus that day). He finds out that a new friend called Gavin was invited instead. Use concepts from social influence, associative networks, and compensatory consumption to explain what happened to George, how he feels, and how he might react (to being left out) with his consumption behaviour.
