For each of the following, please discuss any legal implications in accordance with the Australian Consumer Laws

1. Jerome emails an online store, asking if the vacuum cleaner they are selling online will vacuum up pet hair. A store representative responds that it will. When Jerome uses the vacuum, he finds the suction is not strong enough to remove pet hair from his carpet. The product is not fit for Jerome's specified purpose. It has a major problem, so Jerome can ask for a refund.
2. Quang buys a watch, which the salesperson says will be suitable for diving. A couple of weeks later, he goes for a dive wearing his new watch and it fills up with water. Quang would not have bought the watch if he could not wear it diving. The watch does not do what the salesperson said it would, so Quang has the right to return it for a full refund.
3. Samantha buys a middle-of-the-range lawnmower but does not mention to the store that she wants to use it to mow four hectares of land each week. Because she did not disclose her intended purpose, the lawnmower would only be expected to mow the lawn of an ordinary suburban house for several years without any significant problems. Samantha cannot claim the lawnmower is not fit for purpose.
