After watching the videos, you write personal emails to each employee providing them feedback on their goal(s) and their presentation skills.

Imagining you are watching a video from one of your direct reports. Write an email giving yourself candid feedback using the SBI method explained in the Listening and Coaching module. Make use of all the coaching and feedback tools provided in the module.Your comments should address both the content of the presentation and the delivery.
