K 1 U 111.61.111.01 _( Question 2 Siosi obtained a two year lease for a small restaurant from James located close to the vasigano bridge in October 2018. James had made a statement about how much prot the restaurant on average can make in a year. This information was obvious to James and he would know how much the restaurant had made in the past and he was in a good position to make an informed estimate as to the future sales and profit of the restaurant.
