8. Donald owns a tower/building. On November 17, 2019, he sold this to a Chinese couple - Spouses Xi and Mei Ping. A contract (deed of absolute sale) was executed by Donald, as seller, but in favor of Jin Ping (the unborn son of Spouses Xi and Mei), as buyer, upon the request of the couple pursuant to a Chinese custom/tradition.
