Look the dress that you have is an antique silk and you can wash it in a delicate cycle of using your washing machine! I have inspected the photo she sent, and this is indeed the case. She informs me that she washed it on the delicate cycle of her washing machine using a wool detergent she purchased from the supermarket. I need to decide whether we are legally obliged to return the purchase price. I am therefore tasking you with reviewing a_H the communimtions between our salesman Stefano and Ms Day and then providing me with a written report containing your analysis in response to the following questions: 1. Was a valid contract formed between us and Ms Day in relation to trying on the dress in exchange for Instagram followers? 2. Although I can see that a contract was validly formed to sell the dress for 5450, I am uncertain as to what the terms of the contract are. I need you to state clearly what the terms of the contract are, so I know whether we are legally required to refund Ms Day the purchase price. Please provide me with your written report, referring to relevant case law, by 1 May at the latest. I am very busy and do not have time to read anything beyond 1500 words at the very most.
