Copyrights and song titles?
In most cases mainstream artists will copyright song titles that they have produced especially in the case were a particular song goes platinum. When you search that title there are 50 different songs that come up with the exact same title only different spelling like $$ for s's or other @ for a's. Is the copyright actually protecting the artist? With the spellings looking the same and sounding the same there Is borderline infringement but because the exact spelling is different there is no issue. The question is are people gaining likes or streams or perhaps subscriptions off the same title only spelled differently? Is there an issue that can be brought up in the court of law.
