Let's see if you, as a buyer, care about what companies do right.  If a company has a good image for being socially responsible, are you more likely to buy their products? Which thing? When would it stop making a difference?  Here's an easy example: how much more would you pay for a soda from a company with a good reputation than from one with a bad one?
