Problem 2 Supreme Wine, Inc. (SW) operates a wine outlet in a tourist area. One-gallon bottles sell for $24. The outlet has shelf space for 800 gallons, and no extra storage. Every morning before opening, the store is restocked, so that it has 800 gallons available for sale each day. Daily costs for running the facility (building, utilities, salaries, promotions, etc.) are $6,000. The only other cost is the cost of the wine - $12 per gallon. An average of 750 gallons are sold each day
