Analyze the following situation:

The company ATE Internacional, dedicated to telephony, has hired you to develop a package of benefits for its employees. 60% of the workers of this company are women; and 40% are men. The average age of its workers is 30 years. This package must include benefits required by law, negotiated benefits and employee services.

1. Based on the information presented, develop the benefits package requested for the employees of ATE Internacional. This must contain at least 10 fringe benefits.
2. Then justify why they will pay the salaries you gave them and the benefits package you designed. Provides a detailed explanation of each of the 10 benefits granted.
