Situation: Officer Mark is working with the local police service and is assigned to the Marine Unit. There is a new pizza shop that just opened beside the marina where you dock and store the police boat. You and your partner hear that they offer free pizza slices to on duty police officers.
Your partner, who is senior to you, decides to rearrange the patrol route so that he can come back to the marina every lunch hour and also early at the end of each shift just so that he can get two free pizza slices per day. The patrol rearrangement means that several of the areas of the lake are not patrolled during the shift.
Three weeks later, the pizza shop owner tells a district patrol officer that he cannot afford to keep supplying all of these free pizza slices, especially since one guy comes in everyday, twice a day. The owner advises the regular officer he is going to stop giving out slices. The district patrol officers are furious and try to identify the "twice a day officer."
Back at the police district/division building, one of the road officers approaches you and asks if you have any information to help identify the "twice a day officer."
What now? (Remember the "twice-a-day guy" is your senior partner)
