There are a couple ideas that come to mind that would remedy the situation.When providing a service, usually the service is billed after the fact such as IHHPC is doing.However, there are services that are billed ahead of time such as rent, cable/internet, and even insurance to name a few.I would recommend that IHHPC bill customers for their request at the time the request is made rather than waiting for a week to pass.This would speed up payments but only by a week, and wouldnt remedy their situation.They could move to a twice a month pay period rather than weekly.This would allow IHHPC to collect additional payments before having to pay salaries which would increase, for a short time, the amount of cash on hand.

The other options that come to mind would be adding additional forms of payment that are accepted such as a credit card or sign the clients up for automatic payments.As a last-ditch effort to improve the financial condition the company could require upfront payment before providing services.In a health care industry this could be a touchy subject, but business is business when it comes down to it.Requiring upfront payment would allow the receivable accounts to be lower and therefore would show a lower debt to income ratio for the business.
