Could someone show me how to go about solving this?

1. Alice needs to send Bob a 16-bit message every day, so they decide to protect the integrity of these messages using CBC-Mac with a 16-bit block cipher and randomized IV (rather than the fixed all-O block). On the first day, Alice sends the message 0x0ff0 with MAC 0x000fdaal (here the first 16 bits 0x000f are the IV and the last 16 bits Oxdaal are the tag). Compute a valid MAC (IV and tag) for the message 0x0fff. Explain why your tag must be correct
