Being at home gives them better oppurtunities to work on their tasks, reading the literature, and analysing their data. | They prefer that activities involving colleagues or team members are better suited for the office. Although the biggest advantage of working from home was the flexibility it has offered. balance work commitments with family responsibilities, especially when they overlap. | They would rather find it easier to build rapport and collaboration when ineracting with people face-to-face. Not only that but the workload increased when working from home, as they were expected to be available 24/7. | Juggling home and work was tough. Has felt more productive when working from home, kids were also home from school due to a holiday.
