This can become chaotic when team leaders like doing things their own way, deviating from company procedures. This can become very difficult and confusing for new employees when they have to work with several teams.I think standardizing processes to get new hires quickly trained and acclimated with company procedures will minimize confusion, save time, and be cost-effective during crunch time.
