Numeric Gradient Calculation for Neural Network a. There will be a very simple Neural Network: 2-3 nodes input layer, 2 nodes hidden layer, 1-2 node output layer. b. I will provide matrices for W1, B1, W2, B2. To keep things easy, the "activation function" will be the identity function f(x) = x c. I will provide input matrix X, actual values in matrix t, and the y-hat values. d. You calculate the loss value of the current parameter values (sum of squared residuals) e.
