Business problem is - Delay in delivery for UberEats, which has been caused by the shortage of drivers since the COVID-19 pandemic. This has led to longer wait times for customers, resulting in decreased customer satisfaction and potential loss of business for Uber. Therefore, there is a need to optimize the booking process for Uber drivers and ride-sharing applications to address the shortage of drivers and minimize the delay in food delivery.
