Find an online interview with a person that identifies themselves with a particular minority group in the workforce. Some examples of groups are, but not limited to: EAL, visible minorities, ethnic minorities, religious minorities, Indigenous, LGBTQ, age, gender, people living with visible or non-visible disabilities, and other minority groups. The interview should be a minimum of 5 to 7 minutes in length. The interview should include information about the situational, dispositional, and institutional challenges faced by this worker. When viewing the interview, ask yourself whether there is enough information that would suggest managerial strategies to support the worker's success in the workforce. An audio interview with the same qualities would work as well. Watch the interview and take note of any challenges that the employee encounters in the workplace.
