• What seems to "set off" conflicts in the group? What are some predictable trigger events?
• Who is most likely to change - to not do things the same old way?
• How have people in the group been labeled?
• Are there any secret coalitions? If so, describe them.
• Are there any expectations that may seem irrational to you, but that people more or less follow?
• What if there were no conflicts in this group? Would anything be lost? What?
