1. A sold a parcel of land owned by B to C. A forged the signature of B to cause the transfer of ownership to C. Thereafter, C sold the same land to D without knowledge of any infirmities or defect in the title. Meanwhile, B discovered that his parcel of land was sold to C and was later on transferred to D.
