Part One- Comparing Organizational Ecosystems and Inter-Organizational Relationships Analysis: For these same organizations, summarize your research findings answer the following guestions: 1. What organizational design choices did the organization(s) make in terms of vertical integration and geographical scope? 2. How do these choices impact how the organization views key competitors? 3. How do these choices affect the affiliations the organization has in terms of cooperation and competition? 4. Given these design choices, what do you believe to be the core competencies of each organization? 9. Consider how they''ve made different choices and might compete or cooperate with different entities as a result. Explain why you think this might be so. For example, a company may have been acquired
