Your assignment is to create a brief customer experience plan (Chapter 12). Select a small business located in the Lower Mainland as your company. Your plan MUST INCLUDE the following components: - Name of the company - A unique selling proposition. DO NOT simply Google and include the company's existing USP - I want you to create one yourself. - A minimum of THREE buyer personas that you will be targeting through this plan. - A minimum of THREE ways in which you propose to create a custom experience for your customers. For each way, please include the medium of delivery (email, flyer, text, cupcake, etc), the reason why you selected that medium, and how you will customize the medium (include their name at the top of the email, etc.)
