Task: For this essay assignment, you will utilize the information discussed in this module related to leadership principles. You should also use information from the video and any other sources used in this module. This assignment will require you to do the following:

1. You have been selected to give leadership training to a large group of volunteers at a Boys and Girls Scout of Georgia Inc. But the organizers of the training have also invited other speakers, so you are assigned a very specific topic for your presentation.
2. The organizers of the training are seeking only five leaders from a crowd of over 200 scouts to travel to a newly independent country called Ambazonia. There are therefore many aspiring leaders than the available slots.
3. The first objective of your presentation should be to help the scouts weed out many who are excited but unsuitable for the tasks by helping them answer the question: Who am I? Where do I want to go? Whom do I need and want to go with me and how do we get there? How would you help the scouts to effectively answer these questions so that many are disqualified?
4. The last objective of your training should focus on the comprehensive and fundamental concepts which are the foundation and needed for leadership. What are these principles and how would you effectively communicate them to the scouts?
