Course: Training and Development (Undergraduate course for management student)

Assessment: Group project (30%) - the team should organize a workshop for classmate to participate. Any theory and knowledge about "Training and Development" are expected to be included throughout this workshop.

Please help me to think about and give some idea about the proposal. The requirement as follow,

Please ensure that the workshop activities are safe and feasible to be conducted in a classroom setting.

Workshop Title: Please suggest a concise, attention-getting title for your workshop.

Time: Specify the start time and end time. The maximum duration is 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Workshop Description: a short description of your workshop.

Workshop Objectives: What are the measurable knowledge and skills that you want your participants to walk away with? E.g., "By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to Objective 1: ... Objective 2: ... Objective 3: ..."

Agenda/Activities: Please include an activity list of your workshop. An activity can be an introduction, a lecture, a game, a discussion/debate, a wrap-up, etc. Reserve at least 5 minutes at the end for participants to evaluate your workshop using an evaluation form that you designed. For each activity, state the name of the activity, duration, and a brief step-by-step description of the activity - e.g., "Activity 1: Introduction Duration: 5 minutes Description: Introduce the trainers. Provide an overview of the workshop using PowerPoint presentation."
