Make sure to make this self-reflective - discuss your own life and experiences (past,present, and future) in relationship to course material related to the four domains. Youmay say "I" in your writing - in fact in this assignment you should. Make sure to be creative - have fun in composing this. Humor is allowed. Pictures areencouraged (but not as a replacement for text - pictures do not count towards the pagecount required). For early life experiences, you probably have no direct memories of those... so... you canask your parents / guardians / people you know. OR... you can make an educated guessbased on what happened afterwards in your life developmentally. For some of you, some early experiences might be emotionally challenging. Focus on thedomains that are more emotionally safe for you (take care of yourself!). For example, youcan work on the physical domain instead of the social (or vice-versa).
