Covid-19 has devastated the tourism industry. The industry in Tanzania is no different. The Tanazanian Ministry of Tourism is planning a marketing campaign in the spring of 2021 to try to entice tourists back to the country. In order to do that, it wants to know how well the hotel industry is prepared to handle Covid-19. It has contracted EBI Consulting (www.ebiconsulting.ca) to undertake random audits of hotels across Tanzania. Damasi Mfugale, based in Johannesburg, South Africa has been appointed the project lead. However, Mr X, the president of EBI Group, is concerned about the risk of Covid-19 to his team as every member of the team is over 50 and therefore at higher risk for mortality. As a consequence, he has contracted XXY Ltd to do the on site inspections. XXY Ltd is made up of a group of smart young graduates from University. This is their first big project. Before letting Damasi lead the overall project and provide XXY Ltd with the tools and support they need, Mr X wants to see the XXY Action Plan for the period of the audit from Jan 1 2021 to Mar 30 2021. He wants to know who is the team lead and who is doing what when the team is on the ground in Tanzania. He expects XXY Ltd to present their plan to him
