You (the learner) manage lessee relationships.

Ms Jones owns a guest house comprising of 10 rooms, a kitchen, a car porch and a big backyard. You have been given a job to manage payments from guests and outgoings in the form of maintenance charges and other amenities. Conduct property inspection after regular intervals and document inspection results and actions taken accordingly. Submit the inspection report in written form and a video depicting all the above-mentioned tasks for the assessment.
