Craig Thompson has worked for Dr$.$ Hung Pow, a dentist, for several years. Craig demonstrates a loyalty that is rare among employees. He hasn't taken a vacation in the past three years. One of Craig's primary duties is to open the mail and list the cheques received. He also takes cash from patients as they leave. At times it is so hectic that Craig doesn't bother with giving patients a receipt for the cash paid on their accounts. He assures them he will see to it that they receive the proper credit and a receipt later. When it is slow in the office, Craig offers to help Julia post payments to the patients' accounts receivable. She is always happy to receive his help because Craig is such a conscientious worker.
