Create a BPMN model representing the following process: HealthAtWork is a company providing occupational health surveillance services. As part of this service, the risks to which the employees of a client company may be exposed are analyzed and a medical examination is carried out on each of them to check whether due to their health status they are suitable for carrying out their work. In this project, HealthAtWork asks us to develop an application that automates its health surveillance process. The monitoring process begins when a client company hires you to HealthAtWork. The service is divided into two phases: the analysis of risks associated with the jobs and the medical examination of the workers. In the first phase, the HealthAtWork occupational risk prevention technician meets with the customer's personnel manager to define the different jobs. For each of these jobs, the specific associated risks to which they may be exposed and the personal protective equipment (PPE) that each worker may need are identified. For example, an employee who is dedicated to the removal of asbestos coatings has the risk of being exposed to carcinogenic elements, and to protect himself from them he needs a respiratory protection mask. Both the possible risks and the personal protective equipment are predefined in a master catalog. In the second phase, HealthAtWork sends a mobile unit to the client company to perform medical examinations. To carry out the examination, a list is created with all the employees of the client company that determines the order in which the examinations will be carried out. A series of standard steps are followed for all workers: collection of basic personal and health data, collection of samples, respiratory test, vision test, hearing test, EKG and inspection by the doctor. Our application must allow the results of each of these tests to be collected. In addition to these standard tests, each worker may require additional tests based on the hazards that have been identified for their job position (for example, if the employee is exposed to hazardous elements during work, an X-ray may be necessary). Our application must determine for each worker what additional tests may be necessary based on the risks that apply to their job and must present the forms to collect their assessment of them to the doctor responsible for the examination. After the tests, the doctor responsible for the examination must indicate whether or not the worker is suitable for the development of their work. After the medical examination, the application must send the worker the detailed results of his occupational risk profile and her medical examination. This shipment will be made by mail, attaching a PDF protected with a password. In addition, the application must generate a report on the worker but addressed to your company, which only states whether or not the employee is suitable for the development of their work.
