Create a case study which demonstrates successful or unsuccessful management communications. Your case study should have a title page, a one paragraph abstract, and should be based on a work or personal experience. You should provide at least 3 questions at the end of your case to be answered, and a 1-page summary answering the questions and demonstrating the case's relationship to the course material.
