Purpose of the web site (why do we need it)

Budding Beginners Music school offers 1:1 lesson in piano/keyboard, guitar, and ukulele. It is based in Northampton, UK. Clients include students between the age ranges of 580 years of age. The music school welcomes clients from all backgrounds and caters for clients with additional needs and neurodiversity. The owner (and music tutor) Helen Verrill has 13 years of music and art teaching experience. She holds a PTTLS qualification (Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector) and has been a musician throughout her life. She is also a music artist, performing as a singer/songwriter. She also has a background in support work and holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology. Helen previously worked for a charity called Life Music - which focused on providing music lessons for people on low incomes and/or with specific needs. After working for the charity Helen identified the need for individually tailored, person-centric music teaching and established "Budding Beginners Music School" in January 2014. Budding beginners focusses on offering music lessons to beginners. Non-traditional and fun methods are utilized in delivering music classes enabling students to learn their favorite pieces of music quickly with theory being learned as a byproduct. Lessons are offered online or via Helen's home for both individuals and groups. "Budding Beginners" also deliver ukulele lessons in schools and group sessions for the Umbrella Fair Organisation in Northampton. Currently "Budding Beginners" does not have a website but would like to create an online Prescence to create an intuitive user experience directing potentials straight to the core offerings, and to provide current students with useful information.
