Create a diagram that depicts the four key skills unique to leaders and the four key skills unique to managers. To draw your diagram, you can use Microsoft Word. In Word, go to Insert, then select SmartArt. Choose the Relationship category, then choose Hierarchy List. Mark the two primary boxes as Leader and Manager, and in the secondary boxes list the skills. You may need to add additional secondary boxes so that you have four on each side of the diagram. To do so, access the arrow on the left of the diagram to open the text editing window, then use the plus sign to add secondary boxes.

Below your diagram, write 2-3 paragraphs that elaborate your thoughts regarding the skills that distinguish leadership and management, and the skills these two roles share. Identify at least one reference source.
