Create a File compression and Decompression program using the Huffman Algorithm in C++ or C.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:

1. read file and calculate number of appearance for each symbol in the file,

2. create tree with Huffman code

3. compress the file using Huffman code

4. decompress compressed file using Huffman code
