Create a Navigation form using the Vertical Tabs Left layout. Close the Field List. Add the CCap Average Retail Prices by Company and Category report, CCap Inventory by Sport Report, and CCap Pricing Report to the Navigation Form. Save the form as CCap Navigation Form. Close the form
