create a response for the following: I did get a chance to review, and I like the idea. We need to expand the program beyond the P3 Incentives. I have some questions that would get us into the details: 1. Would the teams be clinical sites? All employees at these locations? 2. We would need to do the analysis /projection of how UCHC would earn the quality payments, based on our current value-based contracts, so we would be able to earn the $$ to make the incentive payments. 3. We also need schedule space to get patients in for appointment, follow ups etc... 4. Would the goals be different at each service line - such as BH, Dental, Pediatrics, etc
