Create a "Semester Plan" that provides an overview of all of your assessments for this term. You will create this by looking at the course section information uploaded in each of your courses. Please see pages 1 and 2 of the "Personal Success Plan Example" file for an idea of what this should look like (you can modify the example file and enter information to make it your own). Your semester plan should include:  All assignments, tests, exams, projects, tasks, etc.  The correct dates labelled for each week of the term 0 Separate sections for each course you are currently taking.   

Create a "Weekly Schedule" that provides a schedule for all of your typical weekly activities (this must include a realistic amount of time dedicated to your online courses). Refer to the "Weekly Schedule" example on page 3 of the example file for an idea of what this might look like (you may use this format or may create a format that works better for you). You do not need to be extremely specific, but you should provide enough detail to indicate that this plan could be useful to follow. 

Identify two short term goals and one long term goal that you have (make sure to describe them according to the SMART goals format). Please focus on Academic or Career goals. You should discuss the following for each goal (be detailed and concise): o What internal and external factors will help you achieve this goal? 0 What are some potential barriers to achieving this goal? 0 What is your plan for achieving this goal? 

Identify two useful resources being offered through Algonquin College and explain why they could be valuable throughout your time at the college. Please include the link to each of the resources.
