During the pandemic, B2C healthcare marketers have been producing empathetic healthcare marketing campaigns using language and themes that focus on comfort, reassurance, and understanding. The information that could be disclosed to B2B audiences include:
- Nomenclature of the drug; chemical name of the drug
- Addiction status if at all; at what level is the drug addictive and how much effect does the addiction has.
- Pharmacology- How the drug could impact the body and how it operates in the bloodstream
- Preferred patients to be used on
For B2C audiences this information would be passed:
- What the drug does
- How the drug helps in alleviating the condition they could be in.
