Create a WBS and WBS dictionary for the case described:
The Supply Chain Management (SCM) department at Rutgers Business School (RBS) is
looking to update its curriculum for the graduate students. As part of this initiative, RBS
wants to launch a survey with existing students, other universities, and organizations.
The goal is to assure that the courses offered by the SCM department will provide students
with the most relevant courses that are needed by organizations nowadays and aligned with
a graduate level course.
This project should start at the beginning of the Fall 2023 semester (September 5, 2023)
and be ready by registration time for the Fall 2024 semester.
Once identified the new courses through the survey, an updated curriculum should be
created, course content defined and developed, professors selected, and so on.
