Create a Written Reflection: It must be a minimum of two pages and a maximum of three pages (double-spaced). It must be submitted as a Microsoft Word document. Be sure to separate out each area of learning into separate paragraphs/headings including the final overall reflection on effort.

5. Decision-making (the formal decision-making process, bias, and gaining diverse perspectives)
6. Ethical Leadership
7. The final paragraph (or part) should speak to your assessment of the effort you applied in the course (required).
