Create an action plan that addresses three major root causes and misalignments you identified with your work colleagues or while you were reflecting on the conversations you had with work colleagues this week.

For each root cause or misalignment (Communication breakdowns, employee productivity, personal growth, adequate compensation and the voice of customer get dismissed )-answer the following questions:

1. What is the major root cause or misalignment you would like to address?
2. What action can you take to target this root cause or misalignment?
3. What is the intended impact of each action upon the root cause or misalignment?
4. How long will it take to complete work on each specific action item?
5. What are some key indicators that will tell you whether the action you are taking is having the desired effect (that your action is changing behavior the way you intend and desire)?
6. If you do not see positive indicators of progress (if the key indicators in Step 5 are not trending in the right direction), what will you do in response or instead? What is your alternative course of action?
