Identify three to five entities

Identify at least three attributes for each entity

Identify a primary key or foreign key$($s$)$ for each entity $($solid underline for a primary key; dashed underline for a foreign key$).$

Create necessary relationships between entities. For the connectivity, you should place $1,$M$,$ or $$N$$ on each relationship line.

For this assignment, you may draw the diagram by hand or use a drawing program.
