Create an HR Program Aligned with Company Strategy

This activity aims to demonstrate development towards the course learning outcome to create an HR strategy aligned with the organizational strategy. It also requires you to practice critical thinking, systems thinking, and reflective thinking to be a more credible HR practitioner.
