Create an informal letter proposal

Starbucks has stores in 65 countries and further international expansion on the horizon. Each opening has had its own cultural challenges that management worked to conquer. As vice president of international expansion for Starbucks, you are asked by the president to review and analyze what other companies have done to prepare their managersthose hired in new locations and those relocated from the U.S. In addition to making recommendations for streamlining international business management in new cultures, you are asked to develop a detailed plan for selecting and training these managers.
