Create an ongoing safety plan for Pam and her children to use while they are living at home with Steve to reduce risk of abuse, increase safety, and encourage resilience. Make sure to answer all of the following in the safety plan: Consider all of the areas of strength identified from the assessment that might increase safety and encourage resilience for Pam and her sons. Choose at least 2 of the highest rated areas of strength from the assessment for Pam and at least 2 of the highest rated areas of strength for her children from the assessment to incorporate into the safety plan
