Create an organizational chart(with its reporting relationships) of the project team. Determine if the organizational structure is functional, matrix or projectized and explain( HEIRARCHY OR MATRIX CHART)

1. Describe each project team member's role and responsibilities, and key skills.
 
2. Create a RACI matrix for all project activities.
 
3. Identify seven (7) key team, communication or stakeholder challenges that either did occur, could occur or could have occurred on this project, with any of the stakeholders (including the project team), the environment, the organization structure, the method of staffing the project or other.
 
4. For each of the key challenges you identify, describe strategies and plans that would prevent or correct the situation. Be specific.
