Purpose: The annotated biographies provide learners with a concise summary and evaluation of sources, aiding them in selecting and citing relevant and credible materials for their final business project.

Instructions:

1.Select at least three (3) sources that focus on a subtopic within the broader subject chosen by your group. Your group should have already determined a topic related to diversity (or another approved topic).

2. Your sources must include a variety sources (i.e., peer-reviewed articles, reports from government agencies or NGOs, or industry-specific resources).At least one source must be an article from a peer-reviewed journal.

3. UseAPA 7 citationformatting consistently throughout the assignment.

4. For each source, write asummary, highlighting its primary argument and findings that are pertinent to your subtopic.

5. Next, write a briefevaluation of each source, discussing its strengths and weaknesses, and how it relates to your subtopic. Consider factors such as the author's expertise, the quality and reliability of the research, and any potential biases or limitations of the source.

6. Conclude by explaining the type of evidence provided by the source and how it contributes to a better understanding of your subtopic. Discuss how it connects with the broader topic of the group. Additionally, share your personal perspective on why you find it interesting, and explore reasons why others, including employees or organizations, might also find it compelling.

7. Format your annotated bibliography to list the citation, followed by the appropriate paragraph annotation, and then the next citation and annotation. All entries should be typedandsingle-spaced.
