Create another trigger OvrPatient2 that will guarantee any time the patients' procedure type is updated (or have a new patient) if the procedure is diagnostic, the trigger updates the Quarrian Track table with PLCO_ID, old procedure type, new procedure type, age, and number of days from randomization to completion date.
